1. Cancellations and Refunds

1.1 Cancellation of Tour Package

  • Tour Packages:
    • Refund for the Tour Packages after booking – Full refund cannot be done as the Hotel booked and Vehicle booking is not refundable.

1.2 Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at [info@leave2travel.com] within 30days of booking or 60 days prior of Travel date which ever is earlier.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the service provider.
  • Refund process may take 10-15 business Days from the cancellation date.
  • Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

2. Changes and Modifications

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our customer support team to inquire about modifications to your reservation.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to check-in or show up for a booked service without prior notice, you may not be eligible for a refund. Please inform us of any changes to your travel plans in advance.
